Wedding postponed

Awwww : ==) thanks so much for the encouragement ladies.

I'm over the denil & tears, so I can open up now.

The many reasons look like this: FI just lost his job two weeks ago, my brother who's in the army has to stay in Iraq until May or June, 09,

doctor's just discovered a serious lump on my dad'd left hip. And to top it all off, my closest cousin just recently passed away. Things were going good, until about a week ago. This all has me & my family soooo.. .down at this time. I know my dream wedding will happen sooner or later. And like many of you said, "EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON". I'm looking into the spring or summer of 2009 for now. In the meantime, I'll try to learn from you girls as much as I can before my time comes around. Thanks so much.

I am sorry to hear about this but i agree with so many of the ladies on here - everything does happen for a reason and you have the rest of your lives to be together! your day will come and we will all be here when it does

Although it may take longer to have him "officially" yours, your FI is still the man of your dreams supporting you through this rough patch. Not only will your relationship be stronger by the time your wedding comes around, you will also have all those that you love ready to share/celebrate your union. Well it's disappointing, just remember the better times are soon to come.

 

I'm very sorry for your loss. Losing a family member is extremely tough. I pray for your other family members as well. Keep your chin up.
