I am done with my OOT bags. I actually gave them out to everyone last weekend. I wanted them to have them before we left so it would get them excited and also so I wouldn't have to lug them down to Mexico with me!

Here are some pics and where I got my stuff.

Oh and sorry the pics are so bad, I'm using my camera phone because my digital is broken.

After going to wallmart last night and buying the above bags, we started to worry that our "fillers" would look really pathetic in a bag that size. So we went to the dollar tree to see what we could find for fillers. We found tons of filler, but we also found bags!

So I'm returning the Walmart bags, and using the dollar tree bags, and now I can spend more filling the bags.

Here's what I bought at the Dollar Tree:

The bag - $1

footballs - $1

Mini bottle of generic tums - $1

Mini Tylenol - $1

After sun lotion - $1

I also have these:

Candels $1 from Michaels

Hand make soaps - Peir 1 98 cents each

I am also going to add SPF chapstick, a cup like the following only with our wedding logo - this cup is from the bar we met at, they have hyper color cups so we want to copy them and go with hypercolor cups with our logo

And then some snacks and a Puerto Vallarta post card, and that should be it!

I'm so happy you all told us about the Dollar Tree. We hit the jackpot there last night. We got all that stuff for CHEAPER than the wallmart bags alone!

Here's what it looks like so far:

Those bags look great! You may already know this but if you are putting postcards in them you should order them through vistaprint, they always have free postcard offers if you sign up for e-mails through them and you can upload your own pic if you want to, a lot of time they will have uploading for half off. HTH

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
