Probably that question has been asked many times before, but still let me try.

Is that a normal thing that resorts do not really answer emails?

I read about delays or so, but all happening here ( and we tried with different ones ), is that they just send you packages over packages and ask for downpayments,

but once you ask them about any little detail in these packages, you need to wait ages for an answer.

what should we do?? feeling weird about paying deposits and not really being sure about the location and if these resorts are actually places that want us as clients.
