From complimentary rooms and free room upgrades to a $1,000 group credit for the wedding couple, Hotel Xcaret Mexico is offering groups incredible perks for weddings booked before September 30, 2018.
 
For weddings booked before the deadline, the couple is eligible to receive: a $1,000 USD group credit), plus 1 free room for every 10 paid rooms (with a maximum of 3 complimentary rooms). 
 
In addition, for every 10 paid rooms (of at least double occupancy), the group will receive 1 complimentary room UPGRADE non-cumulative (with a maximum of 3 upgrades). 
 
The wedding group will also receive:
 
• 1 Hour complimentary cocktail party with domestic drinks. (Venue to be confirmed by your group coordinator) 30 days advance notice required 
• 25% Discount on Food & Beverage on private events (applies for leisure groups only, not weddings) 
 
T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S 
• This offer is valid for WEDDING GROUPS and LEISURE GROUPS 
• Only $1,000 USD credit per group 
• Applies to Groups of Fifteen (15) rooms or more 
• A group contract is required. Does Not apply to FIT Groups or programs 
• Minimum group stay required is three (3) nights per room/reservation 
• Valid on all new reservations and requests 
• Complimentary room(s) will be given in the lowest room category contracted per night, non-cumulative 
• Blackout: Feb 14-21, 2019, April 14-27, 2019 
• This promotion can be withdrawn/discontinued/closed out at any time

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
