Hello ladies!

 

Since I don't see a 2018 post of GMR I decided to start one. I have selected my DW locations to be in Generations Riviera Maya April 2018. I wanted to know if they are any other brides who are getting married in GRM? Or any other past brides have gotten married at GRM please provide us with any advice, ideas and opinions :)

Hi!   Yes it wasn't much needed and any advice is welcomed! I did a site inspection 2 weeks ago and I fell in love with the place!

Really?! I'm not visiting beforehand so I'm glad I can get your insight! I fell in love through the photos and by looking at peoples wedding photos from there! Where are you having your ceremony and reception at?

I decide to have my ceremony at the chapel and it is beautiful and as for reception I decided for a sky deck because I wanted something different than the traditional beach ceremony. The pier ceremony is another good option

Awesome! I'm having my ceremony on the sky deck. Trying to decide if I want to pay an extra 500 to have my reception on the pier or not. The other option is to have both on the sky deck. What do you think?

In my opinion I think the $500 for the pier is worth it. I loved everything about it and give some thing to the wedding than your traditional beach weddings.

Hi Ladies! Congrats!

 

I am also planning on getting married at GRM May 2018!  Are either of you using a separate wedding planner or just using the one provided by the hotel?  Wondering if it's worth the funds to hire my own person.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
