Hi there!

I won't be getting married until spring 2018 , after 5 months of being engaged and researching and giving up/discouraged  halfway inbetween, i have finally at least narrowed it down to these three hotels. Any past brides who have gotten married at these places please give me some intake on how your day went , information, your reviews on these hotels, it would be greatly appreciated !! I won't be visiting these places, though i have been to NOW sapphire 3 years ago and it was very lovely , but i am also intrigued with the other hotels. Our budget is not the  biggest but then again i feel it will work out with only 20-30 guests.

Thanks!!!!!!!!

hola @@BeyondBlessed First off a huge congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding. Spring 2018 will be here before you know it and planning early like you are is such a smart plan.

We've had the pleasure of working at Now Sapphire a handful of times and Juan Carlos the wedding coordinator there is absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend him and Now Sapphire enough. http://www.jasminandmatt.com/?s=now+sapphire

We'll leave you with a little inspiration and open the floor to other brides <3

We were married at NOW Sapphire at the end of 2013.  My sister is getting married at NOW Jade in January.  NOW do amazing weddings.  We liked that everything we wanted was included in the package price.  NOW's packages include 25 people, where I think Dreams only include 20.  The additional cost per person can go up pretty quickly.

I have been to Generations also, 2 years ago.  It is also a beautiful resort.  The food was amazing.  You can click on my profile to see my review and pictures of my wedding day at NOW, and also see some pictures of Generations.

The Now Sapphire and Dreams are really close to each other.  We walked down the beach to Dreams.  One thing I can say is that the Gazebo wedding location is right at the pool, so there will be a lot of people watching you get married.  This might be something to consider if privacy is something that is important to you.  The Tequilla Terrace at the Sapphire was private during our wedding.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
