Looking  for ANY & ALL  information regarding destination wedding in Riviera Maya in June 2017. I don't have a specific resort in mind at this point.

 

Please help!

@@joann1 So many aspects goes in your statement.  

 

here is the first point to help you get started ,especially if you are in the early stage.

 

Look for a good travel agent is your first place to start. If you have to "interview" more than one, then do that. You need to be completely comfortable with your TA.

Do you know if you need a family friendly resort or adults only? Do you have a budget? Do you have an approximate price point for your guests? Do you know what time of year you want?

A travel agent will guide you through all of these things then work with you to put together options that will fit with what you have in mind - From there you will begin to put small details together with the resort but the bulk of finalizing your details won't happen until about 3 months before your wedding.

I am also planning a wedding in Feb of 2017!! Congrats..

 

I have decided on the Barceló Maya complex and at the very beginning stages of planning.  I am actually acting as the bride along with travel agent so its a bit different than most weddings lol. 

 

I had a really hard time deciding on a resort so I ended up researching almost all of them in PLaya Del Carmen and the Riviera Maya area.  It helped me to list out what I wanted at the resort first and then start narrowing it down from there.

When it comes to a resort, are you looking for something BIG? or a smaller boutique hotel? How many guests are you hoping to have come down with you?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
