Hi everyone very new to this and at the very start of planning our wedding hence the post : )

My partner and I have been together 10years next year & would like to get married on our ten year anniversary of meeting ,because we have both been married before we both just want to go away ,just us two somewhere hot like caribbean thailand somewhere like that & get married on the beach .

Because there is only going to be us two we would still like it to be special and romantic would like to stay all inclusive but would like the accommodation to be something on the beach completely secluded or at least private .

has anyone got any ideas of where we could start looking ~we did like Maldives until we found out you cant get married there ,only a blessing .

Just feel totally lost as to where to start looking for this ideal wedding place for us both.

Thank you so much to anyone who can help

Lisa

Congrats on your  10year anniversary.   Have you considered mexico?  reason being some of the resorts actually offer a "just the 2 of us" ceremony package.   check out Secret maroma beach.  Its adults only and love that the cater more for anniversary and honeymoon couples.

and your ceremony in mexico can can be a legal one if you choose.

Happy Planning

Joyce

@@lisa1968 first and foremost we want to say congratulations on 10 years and going strong. We have been together as partners, both in life, love and business for just over 7 years now and we wouldn't have it any other way. We wish you the best of luck in all your adventures, where ever they take you (hopefully somewhere hot with beautiful beaches  ;) )

The Mayan Riviera offers a plethora of options for couples looking for a more private experience. The best example we can think of that is both private and all inclusive is at Grand Sunset Princess. We recently photographed Susan & Joanna's beautiful wedding there. They put the whole wedding together themselves, everything was done DIY with no assistance from the resort and they were so happy with their experience.

Please feel free to check out their gallery on our website for examples and inspiration and of course if you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to ask on here, via PM or email at jasminandmatt[@]gmail.com

Cheers! <3

Hi @ lisa1968

If you are looking for a beach destination, we suggest you to consider Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. It's a beautiful tropical place with a small town feeling that allows you to relax and get away from daily life and that is part of one of one of the bigest bay areas in Mexico.

At the south part of the bay we have a beautiful beach location: Las Caletas. This stunning beach is only accesible by boat and it combines lavish vegetation from the surrounding mountains, and the Pacific ocean views which makes it a unique, secluted place to share wedding vows.

We have available packages for just 2, to hold and intimate celebration or for larger groups,

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
