Azul Fives Photography Vendor Fee

Recommended Posts

Hi ladies congrats to you all!

I'm getting married in oct 2016 and I have chosen shenko photography to be part of our wedding experience, I know there is an $800 outside vendor fee. However they want to come to the hotel a couple days before they ceremony to do some test shots and find the best locations. Does anyone know if I will have to pay for a day pass? They will be coming between 4pm-5pm.

Thanks xxxx

@@sassylouxx I would ask you WC about it. When we were there for the BDR a couple months before our wedding we asked to do the same thing. They allowed it and we didn't have to pay for a day pass but it definitely needs to be arranged through the wedding department. Reception is definitely strict about day passes.

There are some beautiful locations for photos at Azul Fives.

Ours were:

First Look - Plaza Fives

Bridal Party & Family photos - Pier

Ceremony - Zky Terrace

Bride & Groom photos - New Beach Front gazebo, Beach & Pier

Reception - Garden

I would have also loved to take photos in the Cantina if we had extra time. Love the look of it!

Happy planning! :)

@@sassylouxx I agree with @@snswedding2016 you definitely want to arrange this with the resort coordinator. usually the dont charge if its just for a short time.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
