Playacar Palace Brides 2016/2017?

I am leaning towards Playacar Palace for my Feb. 1st 2017 wedding. My only fear is that my group may end up being too big for this resort (could potentially be around 100 people). Is anyone else planning a wedding this big at Playacar Palace? Any suggestions? Thank you!

@@lmcoonrod Congratulations on your upcoming destination wedding!  Playacar Palace is a beautiful resort and in the perfect location off 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen.  Being a small boutique resort with only 200 rooms it may be tight for a large group of 100.  Have you spoken with a TA regarding a group block yet?  I would strongly recommend talking to a TA so you can better understand the group block and resort options for your wedding.  I am a TA with BDW and we are all very knowledgable on Playacar Palace so you can private message me with any questions or contact us through this form here to help you with planning your dream destination wedding!

I live in Cancun, I am thinking about Playacar Palace for my wedding, which is in 2017 (haven't settled an specific date). The hotel is amazingly beautiful and the service is great (I've stayed there 2 or 3 times), food is delicious and the staff is super helpful! However the hotel is kind of tiny... (that's what i love). Have you checked on any other resorts? I could recommend you some nice (BIGGER) hotels in Cancun, also I am visiting Playa del carmen this weekend to have more options! let me know if i can help you with something

Hi! Did you decide on your wedding? I am also considering this resort but would like to see if you have any other suggestions? I have a large family and will prob have close to 80- 100 guests as well. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
