Ceremonies may be arranged seaside on the resort's picture perfect beach or in the lush gardens, complete with a decorated canopy and white-covered chairs. Receptions may follow open-air or in the stylishly colorful ballroom, highlighting:

Las Pergolas Beach Club, sea side spot, for up to 100 guests

Las Pergolas Beach, for up to 150 guests

EVENT CATERING AND CUISINES

 

Our Culinary Chef has created special Wedding selections. He has applied his talent and expertise to cook the most delightful menus with fresh local, and imported, goods such as beef tournedos with coriander sauce, lobster medallions fumé blanc and mushroom consommé. The popular "Westin Trio" menu includes mixed green salad with endive, peppers, avocado and cherry tomato in balsamic vinaigrette, Westin Trio Petite filet mignon, half lobster tail and salmon filet. A favorite dessert is mango sherbet "Grand Marnier" flavored with chocolate and raspberry sauce. Buffets for 40 people or a plated menu can be created from a variety of á la carte options.

 

WEDDING SPECIALIST

 

For nuptial event planning, couples can count on the resort’s Wedding Coordinator to assist with all the important details, including local legal arrangements, medical certificates, floral arrangements, hiring photographers and musicians and selecting a proper reception menu.

Another note about the Westin. I would strongly suggest using a wedding coordinator, especially Priscilla Arminio Get marry in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, professional wedding planners. We met with the Westin Coordinator and then subsequently with Priscilla. The WC can negotiate a corkage fee and save you a good amount of money by bringing your own alcohol. Because we met with Abigail first we were on the Westin books as a client and we were stuck with their open bar rates. We're planning on having about 120 and would probably have saved about $3500 had we met with a WC first!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
