@@DLS2016  for $900 you might find photographers for beach Trash The Dress!  simply because for Cenote TTD they mostly use different/ special equipment and that costs a bit!

@DLS2016  Joyce is right. That's a tight budget for a cenote trash the dress. But having said that, it's definitely worth looking that some of the photographers and asking for quotes from them. They all have different styles too so it's worth looking to see if there is also a style that you like. There are some wonderful photographers in the Riviera Maya area.

 

If you go to the top and look at the vendor reviews you'll find the names that you can check on the internet and contact them.

Welcome to our forum community DLS2016 and Congrats on your upcoming Cenote TTD in Playa del Carmen!!! Those photo sessions are so Amazing and some of our favorites to shoot!!!

 

Joyce is right, however, and just the entry to local Cenotes can vary between $300 - $500 USD, and is shot using underwater equipment worth MANY thousands of dollars... so your current spending plan may not work for those.

To decide whether the higher expense is worth it for you, you'd need to balance the trade-off of spending more $$ - with the the lifetime of cherishing the images you'd get from it.

I felt like he has great rates!  My TTD is going to be $600, which it is normally $1300 for him.  He may have given me a good deal because we booked him for the wedding too but he just offered up the discount and I didn't really need to haggle at all.  I'll take it!  We are getting 2 hours at the Cenote and 1 hour at the beach for that.  We do need to pay the cenote entrance fee ourselves though so that will be a separate charge.  

 

I think it would be worth at least emailing him and letting him know what you would like to spend.  He has been very quick with  responses and easy to work with.  Good luck!
