Hello!

 

I am new to this site and was hoping some of my fellow future and former brides to be would have some good ideas :)

 

I am planning a wedding in mexico in Sept 2016, we are going for an art deco theme because we(i say we but really mean me, he doesnt mind) like deco style. I have searched pinterest high and low and every other site i could i think of for cute ideas on a budget. I'm crafty so i do not mind making things. The color scheme is going to be blush pink and gold with possibly ivory or black. not sure. My future mother in law is a florist so she offered to take care of everything floral wise. Which is amazing. I love her!. And we have the resort booked at Sandos Caracol. They have a beautiful roof top with a geometric design so it was perfect. The things i need the most help with is, the smaller details such as welcome bags, other decor options, reception table design, dresses. All i know for table options is i am buying gold or rose gold sequin table runners. if anyone has had an art deco or great gatsby inspired wedding and have photos or greats ideas I would love to hear/ see them!

Aw yay. Its definitely cool seeing some others brides ideas

So far im leaning twards options like these (picture)

 

But with smaller centerpieces and a sequin table runner. My mother in law is using silk and we are possibly shipping some there. If not well check them when we fly.

 

Possibly a rectangle shaped vase or box with hydrangeas with little pops of light pink.

In our experience as a beach venue, the welcome table is very popular! Our brides really like to incorporate personal elements. emotional, funny or functional in some case just to remind everyone that they were part of the big day!

About the colors; blue and pink are great option for a beach wedding, it fresh chic and TRENDY!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
