Hey, ladies! Thought I'd start a post specifically for brides getting married in PV in 2016. Looking for vendor ideas and reviews - specifically for DJs/bands. My date is April 22 and I'm working with Kelley Kahrhoff for coordination. I have ceremony and reception venues booked -- Our Lady of Guadalupe for the ceremony and Villa Celeste for the reception. I'm also in the process of booking Vista Grille for the rehearsal dinner. I still need music, photographer, florist, etc. Anyone else getting married in PV in 2016?? Who are you working with so far?? Any good ideas you've come across for welcome parties?? Thanks!!

I am getting married in October at Velas Vallarta and am still looking for a great dj and photographer. If anyone has any experience or reviews they would like to share, it would be greatly appreciated!

@@bean1983 and @@nola Congratulations to both of you on your upcoming weddings! Puerto Vallarta is a gorgeous place for a wedding. Remember, it is the tropics so if you want long lasting makeup on your special day you'll want to check into professional HD Airbrush makeup. It is the best for staying put in humid climates!       Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
