Now Jade Or Now Sapphire?

Hello, everyone!

 

So I'm still looking around for resorts and have several that I'm interested in, especially the Now Resorts, but I can't decide between Now Jade or Now Sapphire. I think I really like Now Sapphire so far though. So I was wondering, for any pass or future brides that looked into the resorts or had their wedding there, what is your opinions on the two and what is the difference in amenities, properties, beaches, locations, etc? And how are the weddings there? I can't set a date yet for my wedding because of some circumstances so I can't yet get a travel agent or contact resorts, so I thought I would just ask for opinions here :)

So funny you ask this i just went back and forth about this for our upcoming vacation. We decided on Sapphire due to the upcoming construction of the Jade lobby. We've been to NOW larimar 2x and had our wedding there in May- hoping the Sapphire is just as nice if not better than the larimar.!! I hope some one is able to give you insight on the two!!

Our wedding is booked at Now Sapphire for next April. We also looked at Jade. So far I have had very good experiences with Sapphire - I love my WC (which many brides cannot say)! We also did a quick site visit (a few hours only) earlier this year and thought it was gorgeous and the food delicious. 

 

For us, Now Jade was a little bit more expensive - but not by a lot. I mainly went with Sapphire because a friend of mine had gotten married there a couple of years ago and was happy with her experience, and also because Sapphire seems to have a more traditional Mexican feel to it, which is what I wanted, while Jade is more modern. But the resorts seem fairly similar, at least on paper. 

 

Happy to answer any specific questions you might have, at least as best as I can, not having had our wedding yet.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
