@@Wafflesmom My Mom and sister were there, I keep the dress at my mom's place.  It's hard trying to zip up a dress on your own! lol

It doesn't do up all the way yet, but I can hold it together at the back and see what it looks like.  I'm going to get a corset back put into it.  I'm so in love with it, I can't believe I get to wear something so beautiful!!!

Oh I know what you mean about the zippers, that's why I was so scared during my first fitting. I was so worried that I wouldn't fit in my dress. But yay, I did.

What does the back look like right now? It's good you're gonna get a corset back, with all your weight loss you'll need something to make your dress hug tighter to your body. And I'm glad you still love your dress, it really is stunning on you

@@Wafflesmom Thank you so much :)  I've only lost a few pounds but even my best friend was amazed how different it looked.  The drop waist is so much more obvious now with my waist being a bit smaller.

Right now the dress is a zip with the button and loop closure over it.

You've lost more than a few pounds! Plus on top of that, you're getting more toned and gaining more muscle mass, you're gonna look so fit and fabulous in your dress. And that drop waist is gonna accentuate your small waist too!

You're going to look fantastic! And your dress will fit beautifully with a corset back! I've always loved that style, which is what mine is! lol

I love your flower choices.

I think they look great - and I would keep the blue elastic :P

I think the BM's bouquets look nicer with 5, just makes it a fuller bouquet.

Your bouquet is very unique in how you stacked the flowers. We had a bride on here not long ago that short of went for that style over the standard ones that are more in a 'circle'  haha excuse my lack of proper terminology.

Thank you @@calgarybride2015 :) I didn't have a shape for my bouquet in mind, I just wanted to find something that worked for my flowers even if it wasn't "circle" lol I don't know the terminology either. I was going to possibly add more smaller, closed roses and some extra greenery but I may not now. The roses came with detachable greenery that I could slide into the bouquet wherever. I'm so in love with the look of the big lilies and roses.

I'm in two minds with the BMs bouquets, I think I'm leaning towards the 3 only because then the lilies don't look squished. But all the opinions I've gotten so far say to go with 5.

I love the look of your bouquet, you did a fantastic job! I've never seen flowers arranged that way and I think it's a beautiful arrangement. The flowers and greenery compliment each other so well too!

As for the bridesmaids bouquet, I'm gonna go against the grain and say that I like the look of 3 the best. You can tell that they're calla lilies more with three than five. I agree with you about the, being squished a bit but regardless, both if them look great so you can't go wrong either way. How are you going to wrap the stems?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
