woohoo, you've joined! Sooo glad you're here. With your enthusiasm for working out, I think you'll be such a great resource for everyone when it comes to workout tips. And here's the fist pound for you Way to kill it on your workout!! I love spin and actually really miss my old classes. I used to join my friend's spin class at work but since my schedule changed, I don't go anymore. I've replaced it with Pilates so at least I've replaced it with some fitness activity....but definitely not as fun as spin!
I'm gonna creep your Instagram too! I'd advertise mine but all you'll see are posts of my dog lol. And I love TRX! I attend TRX bootcamp twice a week and it's such a great workout.
, I'm glad you're gonna join but this is honestly not meant to shame anyone. I've just come back from dinner with my family and I had something called "chicken nugget fried rice". And it's as unhealthy as it sounds lol
I'll check out the 21 day fix. I've done the usage is cleanse twice and that really worked for me. I lost 14lbs on it.
@perianjay I've always been intrigued with aerial yoga. That must work out your abs like crazy! I've been meaning to try barre fitness. Have you heard of it? It's probably bad for your knees though
