You girls are all so good at keeping on track. I'm struggling. The plan was to do AM works out and I can honestly say that has not happened once lol It's more a schedule glitch rather than laziness though. I am happy to report that I have been making it to the gym 3-4 nights a week after work and going to hockey every Friday night. The workouts haven't been my best but I figure going for a little bit is better than not going at all. My diet has been okay but there is always room for improvement. My coke zero addiction has also at an all time high. I wish I could trick myself into drinking water.

Keep up the hard work ladies!

I told myself no Coke Zero until I drink 8 cups of water.

I'm on track food wise this week since back from Cuba. Way to scared still to get on the scale. My clothes are tight so I know it's not good.

That said still struggling to find a balance for full time work, 2 classes due on March 31 and the gym. Let alone home and kids. So instead of tackling it I did nothing all week hahah

Oh my!

Keep up the good work ladies

@@yycbride2016 @@Wafflesmom @@vancouverpetunia @@deecol Thank you for the support on my success last week!

@@vanessajfelice Welcome to the group. You have a great plan outlined for weight loss with weight watchers and exercising. Keep us updated on your progress.

@@calgarybride2015 It usually takes me at least 2 weeks after a trip to get back on track. Good job of getting the food back on track, now you can just focus on how to get your exercise plan back on track.

Well done everyone! I feel like with the new year everyone is doing so good and staying on track with their goals! It's so motivational!

I lost 1.5lbs this week! I was so pumped! I've been doing really good with my diet 90% of the time and sticking to all my workouts! I o my have 27 more days to my workout plan left! I feel like my mind is really in the game with only 5 weeks left till Mexico! It's seriously crunch time. Clean eating and lots of working out!! Let's crush our goals! I want to lose another 5lbs in 5 weeks. Which is very ambitious of me haha

Well ladies, I made it through this week better than expected on the exercise front. Got in 3 workouts over the work week. Plus a snowshoe over the weekend. Diet, however is another story since Thursday! But was down 1.5 lbs about a week ago for a total of 13.5 since late September. Hoping for slow and steady wins the race. Haha. I have tomorrow off for a long weekend and then back on track Tuesday.

@@vanessajfelice Welcome and good work in signing up for WW and having a plan. When is your wedding? I will add you to MFP.

@@deecol I always weigh myself on the same scale since they can all be calibrated differently. With everything you are doing, you must be building muscle so I wouldn't worry about what the scale says, anyhow. As long as you feel good - that's what counts :) Did you get your measurements done (accountability!!!)? :)

@@ashhtayy Maybe the morning workouts are not your thing? I don't blame you!!! But it sounds like you are making up for it in the evening, so I wouldn't worry about it.

@@calgarybride2015 I don't know how I would find the balance with all that going on! But I'm sure you will figure it out and get back on track in no time. How was Cuba?

@@yycbride2016 Whoo-hoo. Good work! You've got this. 5 weeks? So exciting!

Omg well done @@vancouverpetunia that's amazing! How did you do it?! Well done!

This week was great for hitting my workouts, eating clean. I maybe struggled to eat enough a couple days being so busy. I lost 0.8lbs this week. Not what I was hoping for but not bad. That makes it 2.3lbs in. 2 weeks. I have 4 weeks left and I still want to drop 5lbs. I somehow don't think it's going to happen though. I had my bachelorette last night and I was actually quite good to not drink too much and limited my snacks but still allowed it to be a cheat night. I intend to be very diligent this week so that the scale doesn't go the wrong way after that cheat night! Might have to start increasing my cardio now to get where I want to be.

You'll do great! You've got to live a little too don't forget! But a good compromise to indulge but to keep your bachelorette is check is fantastic but also surprising - maybe my friends are mean haha jk! What did you guys do?

@@yycbride2016 I have no idea how I did it. LOL. I didn't work out as much as usual last week because I had a cold. But also because of the cold (and ongoing teeth issues), I also was eating a lot less. I assume it was just calories in vs calories out.

Good to hear you didn't overdo it at your bachelorette party, but also glad that you had fun. You can't count calories all the time! I'm sure you will still make some progress before your wedding, but what's a pound or two in the scheme of things if you don't get there? You'll be the only one who knows  :D

So I did okay this week, not great, just okay. I'm happy that I am finally back below the 120's but still have about 4 more lbs to lose to get back to where I used to be consistently. My working out and diet slacked this week too. I was just so exhausted for some reason. I think I was maybe eating too little. I'm intending on being so much better tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
