My name is Perian and I don't really have a weight loss goal in terms of pounds, but I do know that I want to look and feel healthier than I am. Over the last couple of years I have definitely gained some weight. I was diagnosed with a knee condition a few years ago and it's greatly affected my mobility and also the activities than I can participate in. I've played soccer most of my life until a few years ago when I had to stop because of my knee.
My goal is to find something that I love to do that also helps me get back into the shape that I was once in!
I'm actually thinking of going back to Hot Yoga again because when I was doing it before it was very rewarding for me.
I've started watching what i'm eating now that summer is coming to an end it makes it a lot easier! I've been making myself fresh juices everyday for lunches (green apple, lemon juice, kale, pressed pineapple juice) and i've already noticed a bit of a difference!!
