@Wafflesmom Thank you :)  I'm going straight to bed when I get home.  When I'm sick I'm more motivated than ever to get back into the gym.... so as soon as this gets out of my system I am all over it!

    @deecol it's great to hear that you're feeling better! Sometimes our bodies just needs a little TLC. Hopefully you'll be at 100% by no later than tomorrow :)

      Day #2 of juice for breakfast and lunch! I'm trying out juice for as long as I can and hoping for some results. My seasonal allergies have been beyond terrible this year and I know it isn't an excuse, but it really wears me down. I hate working out when I can't breathe/sneezing etc.

      My juice includes :

      Fresh pressed pure pinapple juice (1/2 cup)

      Water (1/2 cup)

      A handful of baby spinach

      Half of a green apple

      Half of a lemon squeezed

      It's actually very tasty and yes.. I miss carbs terribly, but I just keep remembering why i'm doing this and i'm pushing myself through. Here's to many more weeks of this and hopefully not falling off of my new regime.

      @perianjay That sounds delicious!  Have you thought of adding half a large avocado (or one small) for some healthy fats?  It will help control hunger and gives it a bit of a creamy taste.

          Struggling here.  I had a perfect day on Tuesday, then Wednesday I caved and got a shwarma.  There are worse things in life to splurge on I guess.  Not keeping things totally in check, but at least still holding on to the reins.

          @JoannaBanana

          I know it's tough, but remember moderation! as you said, it is not the worse you could have had.

          Take a peak on the calories in a shwarma, it really isn't that bad!!! 400-500 calories depending on meat.

          You are aware of what you are doing so that is awesome!  Keep plugging away.

          It's when we aren't accountable and then it just gets away from us :)
