Wondering what you ladies have planned to use for your recessional (exit) from the aisle? Would love to also hear from past brides!! This is the one song that my fiance and I have had a hard time settling on. Originally we had decided on One Republic - Good Life , but now we are second guessing our choice because we want something a bit more 'fun' and upbeat.

Any ideas?! :D

My fiancĂ©, i mean husband, is a music producer and it was really hard agreeing on some of our ceremony music choices.

Our music tastes are very similar but we each felt this pressure to pick the 'best song in the world'.  lol

We chose "Home" by Edward Sharpe and the magnetic zeros.  I think the song represents how we feel about each other and I liked that boho feel for our little beach wedding.

We chose 1000 years by Christina Perri. I get emotional every time I hear this song it just strikes a chord with me and my finance knows this so we thought it would be perfect. Also the lyrics are really indicative of that next step in our life and how I believe we will feel in that moment. "One step closer" "Time Stands Still" "I have loved you for a Thousand years I'll love you for a Thousand more.  Not really an upbeat song but we found it to be perfect.

@JamaicaNicole that's a really nice choice. I can definitely see why you picked it. It's a beautiful song with some very meaningful lyrics :)

We aren't really having a recessional. The area is quite small but I would like something to play once it's all done. I'm still deciding too. Looking through my library and not having much luck. Would love to know what you decide!

@veryvalentine  That was a good choice!

@perianjay we're using Little Romance by Ingrid Michaelson which will be sung and recorded by some friends.

We also considered using You and I (also by Ingrid Michaelson)

@snswedding2016 Ohh that's so cool that you are having it recorded by friends. That will make it so much more special. I'm going to listen to these on my drive home.. Can't wait! :D
