@@Danielle1 thank you so much :) It's not feasible to do when your bridesmaids live far away. Plus, don't you have a lot of bridesmaids? That would have been a lot of wine ;)

@@calgarybride2015 lol that's amazing! I have to share that with my friends! I'm a Libra - we're all about justice....that justifies the alpha bitch attitude right?!? hahaha

 

I was in Vegas several years ago for a bachelorette weekend and we were all walking along the strip when all the pedestrians started crossing the street as cars were zooming by. All the pedestrians were getting angry as they were almost run over and I yelled out "Hellllooooo??? It's an advanced green people!!!!" my friends turn away and pretended not to know me. lol! I still haven't lived that one down (it was 5 years ago ha!). I just can't deal with stupidity, that's really when the alpha bitch comes out. haha!

@@Wafflesmom Yay! Glad I caught your thread close to the beginning - I love seeing the progression of it all.

 

Great dating and proposal story, I love how he kept tricking you!  Too cute!

 

I love how you "proposed" to your girlfriends.  I wish I did.  My sister already new she was my MOH and I just said to my best friend "you know you're a bridesmaid right?" lol.  She's getting married the same month as me and in our endless wedding convos I said "Who's your Maid of Honour?" She's says "well, I was going to ask you... thanks for ruining it Dee" LOL so I pretty much killed both.  Her fiancé got super creative and gave one of his groomsmen a box that said "Will you spot me on my wedding day?" and the box was filled with Muscle Mlk, Beer and a bunch of other guy stuff.  They def showed us up lol

I'm lil bitch. I'm not sure what that means haha. Maybe because I'm short? But we're not all short

 

I love the bottles for your bridesmaids. I also just asked them, nothing special there but I kind of wish I had gotten more into it

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
