Ooh they are both gorgeous dresses. I like the lace dress most though. Its very sweet and soft looking. I think its cute to make the legal wedding special in someway too!

I second @yycbride2016 I like the lace one best. I think it would suit your legal well as it's not formal!

I like the lace one too! It looks less "worky" haha (if that makes any sense) and more fun!

Funny, my sisters like the collar one. I lean to lace too as I can wear it in Mexico too. Thinking about a nice white top and blazer now. We'll see!

So we seem to have turned this "as low key as possible" legal ceremony in to a four couple event.  And by "we" I mean "he."  He keeps bringing it up in conversation to people and then he invites them.  UGH!

Men get excited. That's all I got. If you are ok roll with it, if not just have a quick conversation with him.

I agree with @calgarybride2015 here. Men sometimes get excited and carried away. He had a room for himself to get ready at, and he started inviting people that weren't part of the bridal party. I let him do as he pleased, but I thought that having all the wedding guests in your room while you get ready kind of defeats the purpose of them seeing you when you're all "done up". I told him about it and he stopped haha.

I also had a bridal suite that I rented for the bridal party and myself to get ready at. It wasn't very big, and I didn't really want more than the bridal party (including our moms, of course) there.  Then I found out that my dear hubby started inviting other people to the bridal suite. I had to pull the breaks on that ASAP. I basically wanted to strangle him at one point (or a couple of points during the wedding week haha). We still had one person not in the bridal party come with us to the suite, but oh well.

Men sometimes don't get it, sigh.

      They truly don't @TinkerSofi
My big one was when we got engaged he just went out and asked 3 guys to be his men. Which is great don't get me wrong. But then I was left to find 3 and it would have been nice to have a convo about it first lol

I made have laughed reading your story. I know it wasn't laughable in the moment but that truly is a man's mindset

Love it.  The men try to act all cool but really they're excited too.

@JoannaBanana  I have to go with everyone else on the lace dress too. I think for your legal it would be really nice. And I agree the other one looks "worky". lol

And definitely guys do get excited about it all too!
