As Abbie put it ... I'm famous! lol How fun, my picture and testimonial are up on their website. They got my last name initial wrong (there is no "W" anywhere in any of my names!), but oh well.

Anne, thanks for the referral, I just got the samples in today and I can't tell the difference between any of them, they all look the same color. I am in a lit room, i'm going to look in natural day light tomorrow. But you ordered 1 layer - right? Did you feel like it was thick enough to see the ivory color? My dress is ivory and i don't want the veil to look white. the website says the less layers the less you can see the color. What do you think? 1 layer or 2?

If your sample is a big enough piece of material, fold it over a couple of times and you should be able to see the difference in the colors when comparing the samples side by side.

My samples all looked alike, but folding them over shows their true color. Mine is a single layer in champagne and it is perfect with my dress.

Ah, thats right they did say to do that. but if you order one layer, there is no fold over, so what color does it look like then? thats why i was wondering about 1 layer or 2?
thanks for the help!

It will look the color of the folded over layers, especially if your dress is ivory and your veil is ivory.

Like I said, mine is a single layer ... and it's perfect.

Here are a few pics of mine. Champagne veil to match the trim of my dress.

hhmmm... I can't remember if it's the darkest. It might be. It's no dyed to match. I just bought it hoping for th best and knowing there was time to exchange it for ivory if the champagne was too dark.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
