Canadian Brides! Where Did You Get Groomsmen Attire?

Recommended Posts

We have groomsmen across Canada (and 1 in New York) and we are trying to find a nationwide (or international) chain that carries linen pants for a beach wedding. Linen shirts as well, although we can pick up plain white collared shirts anywhere if need be.

Where did you get yours?

Hello! My groomsmen bought their outfits from old navy! post-282430-143345093251_thumb.jpg

I'll be posting pics of them from the actual wedding soon! Just waiting to get the pictures back haha; our photographer had over 1400 photos of just the wedding day to go through so may be a little bit coming in lol!!

If you're looking for linen it would be Le chateau you need to go to. That's where my husband bought his linen suit as well as my uncle who walked me down the aisle!

We found some Tommy Bahama linen pants at The Bay.  I've seen linen pants  at Old Navy and Macy's online as well.  Good Luck!

If you're able to get sizing, Tommy Bahama ships to Canada for a flat rate if you can't find them at the Bay across canada. Generally though, if you gt them at one Bay store, they can arrange for other stores to get the same thing.

My husband got his shirt at a Tommy Bahama outlet in Niagara Falls NY and his pants at Kohls. For our renewal he's doing the DW suit from Tuxedo Royale. They have a good rate to keep the rental for a week.

It looks like Le Chateau is the place to go! They had three different options for khaki coloured linen.

If anyone is planning to wait to get the groomsmen outfits, the sales person said they usually only carry them in store until August when the fall stuff arrives, so if you want to try them on, now is the time!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
