Please Help Me Choose A Dress!

Recommended Posts

@@Victoriabride I love the second dress. You have a tough decision since they're both really beautiful but I love the classic look of the second one. It surprises me a little since I love ruffles. Whichever you choose, both dresses look gorgeous on you!

Wow, you look amazing in both and I really think you can't go wrong with either.

I'm partial to lace usually, but something about the way the second dress fits on you is making me pick that dress... I think it's the smoother visual line where the dress flares out at the bottom.

I think dress #2 with a sparkly belt like you have on dress #1 would make it look less "plain" since you were worried about that.

Oh wow! Tough choice! I actually love the fuller bottom, but the way the top wraps on the other one with the sparkly best is really very flattering!

I think they are both gorgeous and look fantastic on you, but if I have to pick I would say  the one with the simpler bottom (not the lace one).

@@Victoriabride  You look stunning in both!  The first one with the more detailed ruffle bottom and belt is my choice.  I may be bias because my dress has ruffles too, but I love that one on you.

Probably even more difficult of a decision now with all the opinions you're getting!  Good luck and relax because you look amazing in both, so either decision will be a good one :)

Thanks ladies! I appreciate the Input from all of you! There seems to be a pretty even split between the two dresses.. Even from my friends! I'm going to go back with my mum and another couple friends and try them both on with the veil, bouquet, hair done and jewelry! Hopefully this will help be visualize and come to a decision! Thanks again for all of your thoughts! Xo

  • 2 weeks later...

Hello again!!

I want to thank you all again for giving me such great feedback on the dresses... I finally made a decision and ordered dress number one last night (the one with the frilly skirt)! It really helped going back to the store and trying them both on with all my accessories and hair all done!  I'm so relieved that I can finally check this off my to do list! Its going to be a long few months waiting for it to come in though.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
