We Leave For Jamaica In 30 Days!

@IzzyDeee  oh wow, there is no way I would be able to be in contact with her 3 times a week.  I wrote her an email and I get a response about 1-2 weeks later.  It's a slow process for us,  but I was warned it would be like that.

Really?! Holy! Mine was like that probably 6-7 months before our wedding but least last few months responds almost immediately maybe the closer to the date the more responsive yours will become? @@veryvalentine

@IzzyDeee no way! wow. I should maybe write my wedding date on the subject line so she wakes up a little. lol

Yes!! Definitely do that! I've had mine with the date from the start hopefully that helps a bit!! Could always try resending the emails a few days later if you don't hear back? @@veryvalentine

Haha mine got slower AFTER I got my personal WC!!! But I know they had a large turnover then and everyone was doing the best they could. On site I was their #1. So

You quickly realize once you are there why response time is slower.

Yea I think they bump you up in priority the closer to your wedding I've had a personal WC from the very start LOL! Didn't realize some resorts assign them later? I would be way more stressed if that was what they did to me! @@calgarybride2015

Yes it was stressful!! I got my WC 1 month out and figured it would be daily communication. Her first couple emails took a week :( then they picked up to daily. All works out though!!!

In the beginning they had a general lady answer all emails. Took 2-3 days sometimes a week.

Holy!!! I couldn't even imagine! I was in contact with Nekeisha over a year and a half ago! At first her emails were maybe once to twice a week, now it's 2-4 times a week depending on how many questions I think if that week @@calgarybride2015

It actually was totally fine! All their info was pretty thorough and any clarification I needed was answered. I was a bit annoyed a couple times at the end but everything was perfect. And my thread on this site was fantastic.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
