Nice touch with the watches! Love the variety of music. It's nice that you have picked non traditional music..It's too often that I see the same songs over and over! A nice change :)

Thank you! I realize some songs aren't everyone's taste but they are fun and upbeat @

That's exactly what my thoughts were @

Most of us going will be under 30 (I'm 21 and my FI is 25, so a bit of a younger crowd ) and there aren't that many older people going, and I don't want to listen to that older stuff all night either

@@IzzyDeee haha! The other day my parents heard this song.. I don't even know what it is, but it's a much older song. They were like "oh you should add this to the playlist" i'm like.. ummmm.. please remember this is all ages and if you're going to pick an older song, that's fine, but at least make it a known one! lol

Haha!! That has happened a couple of times to me as well! And since people are drinking they won't even notice the words just the beat! @

That's ok.. you can't please everyone. My challenge has been trying to incorporate music for the 'older crowd' haha.. Most of my friends and I are 30 or under and have different taste in music than my parents/aunts uncles etc.

Should be fun.. haha

I keep thinking about this and it stresses me out! Most of our guests are also late 20's early 30's but I want our parents and the older crowd to feel included too without excluding the young people and vice versa. So tough.

I can come up with a playlist no problem but I always worry people will get bored or something haha. If I got paid to worry I'd be a millionaire by now.

It's just a big price difference between hiring a DJ and the sound system so we're going with a sound system :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
