Hello Ladies , 

 

I am wedding planner in the Riviera Maya and to answer your question regarding the price difference if you go to the styling trio salon vs your resort.  The price actually stays the same.  another point they so good at what they do, that really a trial is not necessary.  

 

on the vendor fee every resort will charge you a different fee.  if your hotel is closer or in playa del carmen. then you can avoid that fee by coming to their salon. which is located on 15th street not on 5th Av.

yes they are an outside vendor and will charge you the outside vendor fee, Adrian told me he are hiring a place close so people can go out, get things done in their salon and get back to their hotels,

I cannot say for certain how much $ if you go directly to the salon, but I would assume similar to what they charge if they come to you (not counting the additional vendor fee the resort charges), or

$1000?!?!?! Omg...I thought $350 was bad...I will email them and see if there is a place I can go to get my hair done, instead of them coming on to the resort, as I REALLY want them to do my hair and

Someone brought up a good point of meeting the hairstylist in the lobby the morning of my wedding and advising the lobby that they were  a guest of the wedding, and that way I could just purchase a day pass ($65 as opposed to $250) Has anyone done this? Do you think it would work?

Really looking to save money as I would rather not pay $600 for hair, makeup and vendor fees..haha.

I would not advice you to do that, think about it. your make up artist will come in the hotel with his make up kit, which will show he is not just a guests.  if you would like to avoid the vendor fee.  then maybe meet them at their salon.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
