Acw271011 So This Is Not A Planning Thread.... But

Recommended Posts

I'm just catching up on people's threads. I'm sending you positive vibes!! I'm so sorry all this stuff is happening and I hope that everything is ok. Take it easy with the concussion and don't demand too much from your brain in the first few days. Some rest can really speed up the healing when it comes to that.

I hope everything gets better soon. Juan and I haven't been having the best week either. I don't know what's up but everything is just insane and all kinds of weird things happening. Probably the full moon haha.

Oh my gosh! What a run of cruddy news. I hope the concussion isn't too serious! Taking care of yourself is the MOST important thing so rest up!

I do also really love your key card holder with the tags! We ultimately decided not to do them, but I'm still second guessing it. It seems like everyone says their guests loved them!

Sorry to hear about what you are going thru!  You are a strong lady and I have no doubt, but the process must get so frustrating for you, so hugs!

The key holders look great, they turned out fantastic!!!

My boss has stayed at the Yucatan Princess, just late last year.  If you want her review I can email her today, but I never heard any bad, so I have to assume she had a great time!

Hey Kim That would be a great option!! If you get a chance to ask the opinion would be awesome!! With all that has gone on this week I haven't gotten back to the TA yet. Pricing is down again though so definitely good options out there.

So today is pretty much the first day that I'm finally comfortable wearing my glasses for extended periods of time. The headache has finally eased off and the cut on the bridge of my nose and the swelling have at last started to go down. I can now get a small ice pack on the side of my face without it being excruciating! lol It has definitely been a few days of "why me lord?" lol

Thanks for the best wishes ladies. It is more appreciated than you know! My hubby has been SOOOOO unbelievable the last few days even though he had the you know what scared out of him with the way the transit people called him and told him sort of what had happened and for you TO ladies, I have absolutely nothing but fantastic things to say about Toronto General Hospital. Wow! Never been there before but they were amazing.

All of this has stalled the lung tests because one of the them involves putting a clamp on your nose while you inhale a special mist through a mask that they then track through a scan. So NOT happening right now! Aint nobody going anywhere NEAR my nose right now!! lol So it's put off until close to the end of the month. It's ok. I can wait!

Catching up on some planning threads this morning. Feel like I haven't been on here too much lately. But my god woman, aren't you the test of strength. They say that everything that happens to us makes us stronger. Well you must be able to lift a car by now...lol just kidding trying to shed some light.

I am glad you are feeling better though and continue on with writing us and letting us know all your details on your planning.

And no more falls.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
