NO I actually used a travel agent that was recommended in Ontario. Hopefully all will be good now that everything is booked and confirmed and paid up. I hope there won't be any issues with their travel.

I love the photo's too. The more photo's the better I think. lol

Hey Kristy - who was the travel agent? Just curious, but could also prevent someone else having a bad experience. Hope things are working out ok now.

Thanks! I'm stealing the program to put on top of them from you girl! Yours look amazing!

@JoannaBanana

Love those colors ... very pretty. It's a lot of color so it may give you more options haha.

I was never a big orange person but it was fun and bright and fit Mexico and I LOVE gold!

I decided to go monochromatic because I didn't want things to get crazy if I couldn't find the exact shade of orange I wanted also I'm head over heels in love with all things pastel ( This way I could get peach) but I felt like that wasn't totally Mexico so by combining all my thoughts lol I came up with what I have haha

Wow! Everything looks so great! I'm not a fan of orange at all, but I absolutely love what you've done with it! I's gorgeous and the fans are just beautiful!! Another one who's date is getting so close! I can't wait to see your pictures from your wedding. I'm sure they'll be stunning!

The fans came out beautifully! This may be another idea I'm going to have to steal from you. Definitely pack them in Rubbermaid containers, it would be a shame if those orchids got crushed.

Thanks! I love them I will definitely take your advice on the Rubbermaid! If you make yours post pictures! I think it was fun to make and really pretty easy and the FI actually helped haha he got his tools involved to take all the Orchids off the stem haha which made my life much faster and the hot glue gun was must for anyone doing this project!

I also recommended the Rubbermaid containers. I used them for all the smaller stuff and then just packed them into my suitcase. Made packing the little stuff much more easy!

If you want the MS Word version to edit, pm me your email and I'll send it!  I made it by hand off of something I saw on Etsy.  I know @@calgarybride2015 also posted a template to a very similar one on her planning thread (sorry, Kim, I don't remember what page LOL).

When I printed them on Vistaprint, I actually called customer service to have them help me line up the blue outside lines, because I couldn't get it to work haha.  I think they added additional functionality when I reprinted, because I was able to crop/size differently.  But I'd highly recommend calling them if you can't get it just how you want - it's free and they were VERY helpful!  I even filled out the survey after, because I know they get rated somehow on the feedback (coming from a customer service driven environment ;) )

Hey @@acw271011 sorry for getting back to you so late. But the travel agency I used was Centre Holidays in Ontario.

OMG I love those fans. Mine are similar but I sent them to my mom for her to bring with her. So I haven't seen them in person yet. I asked her to just pick up some coral and grey ribbon and dress it up however she liked...lol

I also am not having any décor for my ceremony. I feel it would only be a waste of money when the ceremony isn't that long and it's going to be in the garden gazebo anyway. Keep up the good work you are dong wonderful.

I am in a similar boat, I want to have my ring SUPER clean and sparkly for the wedding, only I won't be able to wear mine for about 2 weeks. We recently moved to CO from MO, so I have to MAIL mine to our jeweler  :( via FedEx. I think I am going to get a fake one from somewhere because I am so used to wearing it that I have mini-panic attacks when I notice it isn't on.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
