Oh I love the veil!!! I love the birdcage too, but I love the full veil. I'm with @ I think they're romantic but that's a good idea to be able to use both!

@@Wafflesmom  very true!!  I called David's bridal and they have that veil in stock so I will buying it on Friday when I go to pick up my dress!  Talk about last minute!!!!

I almost forgot to buy one of more important purchases - walkie talkies!  A friend of mine who got married in Jmaiaca a few years ago used these with her FI.  I remember not really understanding why they needed them at the time...but now I get it.

So we will be picking these up.  they have a range of 28Km.  so I think that's perfect for the hotel.  I believe.

@@deecol sometimes you'd be surprised! Juan is so the one to be like "let's not spend money on stupid things", and usually his list of stupid things is a lot longer than mine haha, but yet he's the one who bought the walkie talkies :P. I think if guys can see the practicality behind it, they're more likely to agree, at least my fiance is like that.

Walkie talkies are so awesome because you can communicate about when the guys are leaving for the ceremony location, then you can make sure you're not leaving at the same time, etc. It's also great for when you have family members across the resort to communicate about where to find each other or things like that.

I agree they'd be handy! Our first day we all walked in circles until we finally ran into eachother. That said, your WC ensures you are the last to leave for the ceremony. No concerns there whatsoever :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
