@@calgarybride2015 Awww thanks for remembering!! I'm excited to hear where she got married in the resort. Is your friend part of the forum?

No no she was only a guest but she can't post her pics on fb as the bride hasn't :)

I will find out. She had a swim up room that looked amazing. Beautiful beach and water!!

Ohhh, i get it!  @@calgarybride2015  it's a hidden gem hotel.  It's huge but very affordable yet considered 5 star.  The only complaint that i hear about it is that it's a lot of walking but thankfully for me, I'm open to the cardio!  hahaha

We've been to the hotel twice and they just recently opened an adults only addition to the hotel next door.  Exciting!

Hello ladies!  I've been pretty busy trying to cross things off my endless to do list.  On Tuesday it marked my two months til the wedding !! eeeeeeeeeee!!

I'm trying to finalize our table number design and the FI and I have seen eye to eye on basically everything but the table numbers is like the most impossible thing for him to agree with me.

I've sent him soo many different options and every single one is like picked apart.  It's literally cracking me up.  I wanted to do something a little more creative than just having a frame with a number inside...and he's just like saying no to it all.

I am trying to include him because lately with everything else I was making decisions on my own...whoops...but this is hilarious and too much.

I love the glitter one and wished I would have thought of it :) my friend did something similar but they weren't glittery. 2 is pretty as well. I did the basic numbers in glitter on one side and a picture of us on the other side :) funny how he even cares lol. This seems like something men would run from!!!

Your fiance sounds JUST LIKE MINE! Haha.

I LOVE the glittery table number! I would totally steal this, but my fiance wants to NAME our tables instead of numbering them. I wonder if I could still figure out how to do the same idea with a word.

Love the confetti, too!

I love the glitter one! How can he say no? haha. I love it because we have a lot of the same issues, and not just with the wedding but also in deciding what kind of furniture we want for the house. He becomes so picky that sometimes I don't even tell him when I make decisions, whoops as well (although they're usually pretty simple decisions like a sign here or a flower there). Or I just give him two choices and he has to pick one haha.

How about he comes up with his own idea? I find Juan loves to pick my ideas apart but when you ask him he has none of his own haha. Not so easy then I guess :P

I'm going for the gold!!!  I took your advice @@TinkerSofi and left it up to him to come up with a decision.

He found these gold type hand written stands that were almost $200 and he kept picking things that would require hiring a printer or ordering from Australia so I kept saying like this seems like a lot of work for table numbers.

In the end he agreed that he liked the glitter ones, he just doesn't want to be involved in the making of them.  That's fine!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
