Hard Rock Punta Cana 2015/2016 Brides

Recommended Posts

I messaged my friend's agent and she gave me a bunch of prices from $1200 - $1500. Your resort was on the list! I have my research cut out for me now. Tripadvisor and I are going to get a work out.

Ohhhh nice. Share the list - I love knowing :)

Sorry Cablelove, we totally crashed your thread. I haven't totally given up on Hard Rock but I'm working on a new plan. Which is stay, and get married at Riu Palace Mexico and have any budget conscious guests stay at one of the neighbouring Rius. If that works. That's my current area of investigation.

We considered Beach Palace, which is pretty similar to HR, but it was too expensive, even for traveling in August they were quoting us $1800 plus taxes

those are some great quotes! Especially including taxes.

I have to say Punta Cana has the best beaches, never been to Jamaica, but between Mexico and DR. That's something to consider too :). I was at Majestic Colonial a few years back (right next to and sister resort to Elegance) and it was a pretty nice resort.

Every time I post in this thread I feel like a gate crasher.  So I'll mention that my quote for Hard Rock was $2000.

@@TinkerSofi I stayed at the Majestic Colonial as well, it was great.  My friend was married there, small party - 13.  I don't want to copycat though.  Those quotes are all for September 2015 however, and we're not ready to move that fast.  We want our guests  to have time to save and plan.

Where are you flying from with these prices? These are amazing prices I'd like to know more and how myself can get these prices! Nothing I've been quoted so far has been under $2000 per person per week.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
