Your jewelry pieces are beautiful.

Yours, with that piece to go down your back will look so classy! (I wanted to say sexy and wasn't sure a girl could say that to a girl LOL)

Glad everything is coming together.

If you need to let loose before your flight we are having my birthday bbq on the 8th -- just listen for the noise to find us :)

Thank you ladies. I have to say, the etsy vendor where I got all my jewelry is amazing, so if you like what I'll be wearing definitely check her out. Her store name is poetryjewelry. She's based in Australia, but the shipping costs are very reasonable.

@@calgarybride2015 I'll definitely stay on the lookout for the noise! Hopefully i'm up here in the north that day. Since Juan lives all the way down in Somerset, sometimes it depends on what we have to do, we might be up north or in the south. We had my bridal shower this weekend but there wasn't that many of us, so you probably didn't hear us haha. We ended up having a fire at night, so maybe you smelled the smoke haha.

The bridal shower was a success. I had a lot of fun, and I think my guests did as well. There were 14 of us, all of them are coming to Mexico, so I thought it was a nice ice breaker for people. Everyone got along very well and now we're all getting super excited to leave for the wedding :)

Last night it finally hit me that I'm getting freaking married!! hahah. I just started thinking that my life will never be the same and I need to enjoy the last few weeks that I'll be here at home. I got pretty emotional after people left. Don't get me wrong, at my age I definitely feel like I need my own place, but it's basically the prospect of your life changing that makes it a little bittersweet. Our house won't be finished until September, so we're still going to live in our respective homes after we come back from the wedding until we can move to the new house. There's just no point in moving, to move again in another month. Maybe other Disney fans will understand, I feel like Wendy from Peter Pan and her last night at the nursery :)

@@TinkerSofi The jewelry looks amazing!  Everything for your wedding looks amazing so far.  I'm glad your bridal shower went well.  Mine is on Sunday and I'm really nervous, but excited about it at the same time.  I'm hoping that it serves as an ice breaker for everyone coming to my wedding too as most of them haven't met.

When I first moved in with my fiance I was really homesick as I had never moved out before.  It's a little scary at first, but then I remembered that I'm living with the person I'll be spending the rest of my life with, the person I love and that made me feel a little more comfortable.  It was also weird to not see my family everyday and that took some getting used to.  I still miss living at home once in a while (mostly because my mom did most of the cooking and with my fiance I do all the cooking and cleaning).

I'm so excited for you.  I can't believe it's down to days till your wedding!  I hope you post pictures!  I want to hear about all the details too.  I hope I don't sound creepy lol.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
