For the invites I am doing the boarding pass. I went to staples the other night and found ivory paper. But completely forgot that I need it to be the weight of 80lbs not 67lbs. I bought the 67lb. Do you think it really makes a difference? TIA

I dont think it should make that big of a different, unless you are having them send one back to you as an RSVP...it might not handle well in the mail. I would print a set out and see what you think or can you just take back the paper and get the 80lb ivory?

I opened the 67lb paper and printed on it. I just don't know how well it will come out when I have to perforate. I don't know if it will perforate better on thicker paper? I will not be able to perforate them until Sat. I guess I will just print them and see.

Yes I think it should be fine if it is in an envelope. Also I think it should perforate pretty well its still pretty thick paper.

I used 90lb card stock, but as long as you're not doing back-to-back printing and since your RSVP comes back in an envelope, I don't think you'll have a problem.
