@perianjay Ugghhhh I was so upset for you when you told me last night.

I'm so happy it all worked out!  And like I said, this is all for the better, in the end you will almost want to thank her for doing this because now you get to move forward with amazing people around you and will have the best memories possible :)

@deecol I know. Thanks girl!!

I agree and I keep reminding myself that this is in fact a blessing in disguise. I would've had too many negative memories affiliated to my wedding had I kept her around while she's been acting this way. All of my friends told me not to worry and that I deserve to be so happy right now. I'm just so lucky that despite losing my MOH, I have so many other amazing friendships to focus on. I really don't need her 'FRIENDSHIP'.

My FI is SO angry. He was going to text her and give her a piece of his mind, but I had to stop him and tell him to let it be. She is literally not worth it at all.

Awe hun hugs!! As someone else who went thru drama with someone I thought was my best friend this really is a good outcome. I know that you believe that too but thru the shock and the heart ache it can be hard to see. I don't regret my decision one bit. As you said you have so many people in your life who are happy for you and support you and you don't need one who only worries about racing you to the alter. Keep your chin up! Only positive from here on up!

Just because I'm snoopy. Did you reply to her email? While I probably would have in the heat of the moment, I think the larger words are spoken with no reply at all.

@calgarybride2015 I did, but kind of wishing that I never did. I told her that it's her choice and that i'm certainly not going to beg to keep her friendship at this point. I also made it known that this seemed to have occurred based on her actions and how she was unable to be happy and supportive of her friend in a time of happiness and celebration of love. At the end of the day, I know why this happened - I know that the green monster got the best of her, but I definitely do not see any reason to maintain a friendship either and I feel like she made my life a whole lot easier by walking away. I had too many negative feelings tied to this wedding and I contribute most of them to the way that she was acting these last few months. I really didn't appreciate that my own friend started planning her wedding over top of mine and it started to feel like the movie bride wars.. I think that we all deserve our own time and that this is the time that I can be selfish about this because it is my day, I did go through a lot to get here and I don't need her to try to impact that negatively.

Thank you for being a supportive friend :) I love this forum and all of the amazing ladies on here.

@perianjay - wow.  Those are my only real words about your ex-friend!  I'm happy that she's an "ex" now no one deserves to have to deal with this type of friend!  True craziness!!

@Janjin I know.. those were actually the first words that came out of my mouth last night. It's ridiculous that she did this less than three months until my wedding!

@perianjay I'm still so angry at that biatch! She's selfish, cowardly and clearly not a very good friend. You don't need friends like her so let's all be glad she's out of your life!

I'm glad you found a friend to step up and take her place. Goes to show you that you have a lot of good people in your life who recognize how beautiful of a time this is in your life. You should be surrounded by those who love you on your wedding day, not jealous people who think rushing to the altar is the goal in life. Cheer up Hun. Like I told you, you're a beautiful person (inside and out) and you did not deserve to be treated like this. Don't let negativity affect you and Chester. Enjoy the three months leading up to your wedding, after all you've gotten rid of one big dead weight

@Wafflesmom Aww thanks girl. You are the sweetest and made me feel so much better last night. I actually feel like a weight has been lifted and I can breathe again. I feel like this dark cloud is gone and that feels really nice.. I will admit that. Who wants that with their wedding? I didn't

My new wedding mantra is "WWBD" (what would Bey do) and she would brush this dirt of her shoulders. That's what I'm going with hahaha

I'm glad I could be there for you 😊 and I'll still be here for you anytime you need to vent or just talk!

Here's something along the lines of your new mantra
