Ooh your escort cards came out great! They match all of your other decor and the font matches the chalkboards. You are so creative! I'm gonna get one of my bridesmaids to do calligraphy on our napkin holder placecards. She's so good at it too. Gluing flat washers to the underside to weigh them down sounds like a good idea. Then you won't see them

@perianjay I agree. Maybe before the weather turns here I will buy some washers or something and do a trial run on my dining table outside! Good thinking!

Updates

Okay ladies.. Officially 3 months today is my wedding day, but less than three until we board the plane! Ahh.. writing that gives me all kind of feelings (mostly butterflies)

I've been trying to tie a lot of small lose ends, but have been a bit sidetracked by work, life and now my side job of helping other brides (but I love it!!). I've been having a lot of fun with my new found love for designing and I have finally finished 95% of mine. The last thing I have to print will be my place cards, which I have already designed and saved to be printed, they just need to be printed onto my tent cards.

Aside from that I just need to stamp the holes in my door hangers (borrowing hole punch from @Meandhim

These are my door hangers..

My advice cards/sign to go with it - We opted out of a typical guestbook and decided to do a cute 'advice for the bride and groom' which was originally inspired by @tinkersofi

I think that these will be really cute to break out and read on our first wedding anniversary :)

And our social media signage..

Lastly is an addition to our welcome bags.. the I spy game which was inspired by @Meandhim

I'm really excited to see how these turn out :) I hope that our guests participate and have fun with it!

Now that i'm finished my prints, i've moved on to the rest of my list. I will list a few things that come to mind on my 'to-dos'

-Pay PO with Palace (received this a few days ago and it's due 45 days prior to departure)

-Pay for remaining balance photographer/videographer (Due at the resort) - need to get an update on the amount owing

-Skype call with Photographer - Also need to get some example photos together for inspiration photos - double check that photographer is still able to purchase my sparklers for the first dance

-Skype call with Videographer

-Buy Maracas (Mexico)

-Book eyelash appointment for mid-late November, then book fill for the day before we leave.

-Book Nail appointments

-Buy new bikini

-Buy GM gifts - of course Chester hasn't bothered helping with this

-Bachelorette party - Not much to do here as it's a suprise, but ATTEND! September 26th.

-Look for signs for backs of chairs (Mr & Mrs signs)

-Confirm Breakfast option and cocktail menu with resort - ASAP

-Start downloading music and download the wedding DJ app on my iPad

-buy a small extension cord

-Bring AUX cable (just in case)

-Go to Sephora and buy airbrush makeup, new eyeliner and lipstick/lip liner.

-Buy a new top to go with my blush tulle skirt (I'm hoping to change into this at some point in the reception).

-Buy Chicken cutlets + Lingerie

I know there's probably much more for me to do, but right now this is what's coming to mind. I had to post it here so that I could see it written down somewhere. My mind is BEYOND clouded..

@perianjay Everything looks amazing!!!!!!!!!  I'm definitely going to borrow some ideas from you if you don't mind  :)

Try to hit some of the stores now for your bikini, they still may have some summer stock left and you might be able to get a really good deal.  Also, I've heard the chicken cutlets at La Vie En Rose are incredible!

@deecol thanks girl! I really don't mind at all and let me know if you need any tips or anything!! I love to share the wealth haha.

I will check out La vie for sure!! That's a really good idea. I just need something to support the girls because my new dress doesn't have a built in bra. It is pretty structured, but with being chesty I find I always need some extra support.

@perianjay Exactly!  Need something for sure, and not have to worry about a bra peeking out in the back or anything.  I've never used them, but a coworker of mine has, she's a DD and said she danced and sweat and everything and was fully supported.

Thanks for the offer!  I seriously may take you up on it!  If you see anything in my thread that you think I could use some help in please don't be afraid to chime in - it's so nice to have a fresh set of eyes on something, especially your creative eyes! lol

@Meandhim those little siliconey-rubbery stick on bras that don't have any back. It's literally just two stick on cups and I think sometimes you can buy ones that clip the two together to add cleavage and umph! haha

You are seriously amazingly talented. I am so jealous but happy for you jealous all your prints are gorgeous and your table frames are so nice. Where did you get them from? I need to find silver frames for our tables. I'm hoping to post pics of Waffle and photoshop a number on it somehow.

And 3 months, woohoo!!! So excited for you guys. And your list looks pretty manageable

Ok and I wore the chicken cutlets from la vie en rose for my stagette (I had a keyhole back, hence the need for cutlets). They're not so much the old silicone cutlets but look more like bra cups. They have two kinds, a regular one and a push-up. I must say, they are amazing! The adhesive on them last a long time, didn't budge at all! I highly recommend too
