Your music choices sound perfect! I'm struggling with all my songs right now and I could see all the ones you've picked working beautifully.

Oh, and I agree with @acw271011 that you looked gorgeous in your engagement pictures so if nothing changes between now and your wedding day, you'll still look beautiful :)

Hey! Love your song choices. I will admit that the Cheerleader songs drives me nuts hehe. Some songs are just way to over played!

@perianjay beautiful song choices! I live Beyonce's rendition if At Last. And your surprise song us so sweet, your mom will love that surprise! I've flip flopped on song choices so many times. When we first got engaged in June 2014, I fell in love with Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud. I immediately chose that for our first dance. By the end of that year, I'm sure you know that it's gotten so played out. I'm thinking we should change it since it's so overplayed. Why did it have to get so popular?

@Wafflesmom haha that's exactly like us. We loved that song and at the time it wasn't even being played much yet. It got killed for us once it was played on the radio so much. I think we will keep Beyonce.. It's just such a beautiful classic

Summer is absolutely the hardest time to lose weight. I swear every weekend I have a BBQ, or my friends invite me to go for a drink, etc. With the wedding I haven't been able to work out much, but I've been so busy that I've barely had time to eat or notice when I was hungry hahah.

You will be absolutely fine, once September rolls around, go and kill it at the gym, all of a sudden BBQs die down so it's easier to focus on exercising and eating healthy :). As I said before, you'll look gorgeous regardless :)

@perianjay I want to change it but Der thinks we should leave it since it's been our song longer than it got popular lol. even my sister thinks it's played out, and she doesn't even listen to the radio!

@deecol, @calgarybride2015 and @perianjay we can start a Facebook workout/support/accountability group. We could post one goal each week and post when we complete it that week. Thoughts?

Hi @perianjay  I was just catching up on your planning thread.  I love the idea of mutual support, it's so great when you are ready to make changes.

It is so difficult to lose weight around weddings.  For me the hardest part was stress eating.  I'm a major stress eater.  My way of feeling better is food!  So it was really difficult going through some of the upsets and stress around the wedding and not being able to pick up some chocolate covered almonds and feel a little better.  I found that I was able to really focus because I wanted to give it my best and I did my best.  I could have lost a lot more weight but it is what it is and  did fit into my dress.

Upon my return I found that I was so overwhelmed with emotions that I just kept stress eating.  I also probably felt deprived too.  Anyway, short story long, or the other way around, regardless of whether you reach your goal or not by the time your wedding arrives, just know that you are beautiful inside and out.  If you believe that and feel that then your pictures will exude that and I think we can all agree that your engagement pictures do just that!   You have enough time left to make a difference, but also, like someone else said, if nothing changes you are stunning.  As long as you feel good, that's all that matters.

I abandoned the gym and healthy eating for a bit after the wedding.  I can't even find my fitbit charger at the moment. lol  I am back on track though, and just came back from a 1hr Pump Class so I'm totally here to offer some support too!!

xoxo   Kick butt!!!!
