@snswedding2016 hahaa aww thanks so much! My gf came with me and she's asian and has pretty sparse lashes, but the results were amazing for her haha. She jokes and said she went 0-100 real quick.

@perianjay I used to wear fake lashes a lot as a teen for competition dance (lol!) and the transformation was always a bit jarring. I looked like one of those blinky dolls with the eyes that open and close. haha! I think the extensions would look a lot more natural though and if I got them I would definitely have to get the least dramatic looking ones to ease into it.  ;)

those lashes look gorgeous! I might just have to splurge hahah. I put something about my dilemma on my thread, but anyway. Two of my friends got them when we went to Vegas and they kind of sold me on them, they're just so beautiful and make your eyes pop without even trying.

Should I wait until the last minute to get them done or get them now and then fill them up in about two weeks? My decision making skills were bad but now they're going down the tube! hahah

@TinkerSofi you could definitely wait, unless you don't mind refilling them right before you go. I'd say that no matter what, get them as soon before you leave as you can. My lady told me to come the day before I leave and that way they are fresh for the wedding. If they start falling out after the big day I won't care as much and I decided i'm going to bring strip lashes as back up just in case something terrible happened lol.

How much are the lashes in your area? I actually found this lady through one of my friend's make up artists that she used for her wedding. The lady does the lashes in her house and it's a 2 min drive from me. She only charged $60

you got a super sweet deal! where I was thinking of getting them they start at $80 and go all the way up to $180 depending on the type you want. Synthetic are the cheapest ones and then if you want better quality they're more expensive. The only thing I'm afraid of is being allergic and then having racoon eyes for the wedding! Yikes!! hahah I guess I could book a patch test now and then book the appointment right before I leave if everything goes ok.

@TinkerSofi good idea!! I believe mine aren't synthetic either. I have REALLLLLY sensitive eyes, but mine were great and I had no reaction.. thank goodness.

It is definitely a great idea to try them first.. that's why I did mine this month. I decided to just give them a try and see if I liked them or not. I definitely love them. I could honestly wear these for the next few months right up to the wedding.

@snswedding2016 one of the friends that got their lashes for Vegas is Asian and they looked so natural! She didn't get the ones that are shaped like a C, hers were a bit straighter, but i think that's why they looked more natural. My other friend got C lashes and they're very wow, but she also has longer lashes to begin with. It looked like they had eyeliner all the time :)

@TinkerSofi ahh!! Yes, so she must have gotten "J" lashes. My asian friend got the same as mine, but hers a bit shorter than mine and hers look nice too

My friend from airdrie drives all the way to crowfoot for hers because the lady is cheap. If you want her info I can get it :)
