@perianjay hahha omg same! I was so surprised, like I couldn't believe I didn't see it coming...and I just stood there like in shock and i tried to figure how i didn't see it coming...eventually the FI was like, so... are you going to answer my question??! I cried eventually once i called my dad to tell him...and then that's when it hit me how much I miss my mom because even though she has passed for a few years now, I still was like, "omg I need to call my mom".

Shawn asked me when I was going to say yes. I blurted out you haven't asked lol so he did. They are just as scared and nervous and excited :)

@veryvalentine aww omg!! the part about your mom is making me emotional right now. Hugs!!!

@calgarybride2015 hahaha!! Chester was so nervous. He was sweating so much (could be because we were in Mexico lol) and he could barely form a complete sentence. It was so perfect.. that's what I loved about it.

@perianjay I really started crying when Sean got teary eyed (he would kill me if he knew I was posting about this - haha). I didn't really understand what was going on and why he was so emotional because he hadn't proposed yet, he had just given me the decoy gift (which was so lovely but didn't warrant tears). Once he started crying I lost it! He was also planning on singing 'our song' but he knew when he started to get emotional that he would have never gotten through it all. If he ends up being able to do it for the wedding, I'll definitely be an ugly crying mess for sure!! ;)

Shawn says it's sand in the eyes not tears :)

That's so sweet though. Men have just as many emotions as us

@snswedding2016 that is so sweet! I love when a man is able to show his sensitive and vulnerable side. When Chester does it makes me that much more attracted to him.

@calgarybride2015 haha!! Sand. I love it. Any of the times Chester gets teary he always denies it, but then laughs because he knows he got caught.

Juan just does not cry ahaha. I'd be surprised if he cries during the wedding. I don't know what up with that guy but in the 7 years I've known him I've never seen him cry. Maybe his eyes watered a little bit when he proposed but we were in a glow in the dark party so it was kind of dark, and since he didn't tell anyone what he was doing no one turned on the light until the end. We were all shocked hahaha.

I loved your script! It's somewhat similar to mine. I also pieced mine together from a bunch of other scripts, but I liked some parts of yours better so I might steal them haha.

@TinkerSofi haha! Some guys are great at holding it in. I wish I had that ability myself lol.

Thanks! When I looked online I found a lot of the same scripts over and over.. it seems like there's quite a few circling around. I decided to make a bit of a frankenstein script and just piece a bunch together lol. It worked out nicely though. Steal away! We all do it here haha

hahah that's what we called it, the Frankeinscript :P

Oh god, I wish I didn't cry over every little thing. I cry even when I'm angry, which frustrates me so much!

@TinkerSofi Me too!! I cry so easily now. I was just saying earlier in my thread how once I hit a certain age, everything started making me emotional.

We are keeping the symbolic on the down-low because some people may not understand our decision making process and judge...so as far as they know, it's not symbolic.

I love the music that you chose for your ceremony. I take the go train in to work and sometimes I play the ceremony line up as I'm sitting and I totally start tearing up. You know the songs are good when you start crying on the go train just listening to them. hahahhahahaha I'm gonna google your songs later :)

Another go trainer here lol Its so embarrassing when you tear up on the train!! I've had it happen with books and with music and even with videos that someone has posted on Facebook!

I said "yes" again to the love of my life at Grand Coral Beach Club, Playa del Carmen, Mexico on our 4th anniversary - October 20, 2015
