I love that with the flex you can get those nice bracelets. I'm wearing a charge and thinking of getting a charge HR, I like the fact that it keeps track of your heart rate but not so much that it looks so casual all the time :(

Is it sad that I really want a fitbit as it's a fitness gadget that syncs with MFP but overall I'm not sure what it does? Haha I have a HRM (polar ft4) but that's more for my workouts. I had a nike fuel band but sold it as I really didn't understand what it's point was (was a gift).

It is kind of a nike fuel band. It tracks your steps/calories burnt/ exercise and sleep, one of the new ones also tracks your heart rate :). It's pretty cool but I know what you mean I've been dropping hints to Juan since Christmas and he says it's totally unnecessary and silly. I still want one. I like the sleep track the most and I think id use the heart rate monitor quite a bit. I'm a sucker for intense workouts and sometimes I feel like I push myself a bit too hard.

I didn't get into the fuel band. I know it gave points but for what? I saw no point. The fit bit seems to do more things I'd use. How accurate is the watch HRM? I know with the chest strap you don't have to ever touch it as it reads your actual HR but I know some

Of the wrist ones each time your intensity changes you need to 're set' it so it can pick up your new HR. Hopefully it's more intelligent than that!!!??

I haven't read much into it but I think it's pretty good as it uses your heart rate to better calculate your sleep pattern as well as calories spent and everything

@@TinkerSofi @@calgarybride2015 My fiance has the Fitbit Charge HR. He says the HR part of it is a bit finiky. When he lifts weight I think there is restricted blood flow around the wrist and he said the hr function on it goes a bit crazy. But he likes it and it looks good. I have the Fitbit One and I never go a day without wearing it. I'm obsessed. I've had it for I think 2 years now and its amazing. I love seeing how my sleep was or how active I was in a day. I also have the fitbit Aria scale and it's great to track progress. For my workouts I use the Polar HR watch and strap. For running I have a TomTom GPS watch that also tracks my Heart rate. (I'm a bit of a fitness tech nerd haha).

Oh also, The fitbit works with myfitnesspal. The tomtom GPS watch works with MapMyRun which also syncs with fitbit and myfitnesspal.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
