That's awesome. Wow not much has to be done with yours at all. Yay. Did you take a picture of your dress today? Would love to see a photo. It's so cool how are weddings are only a day apart.

@@kcole123  so I had my fitting today!  I only need to get a hem and bustle....it fit like a glove otherwise so she didn't mention anything about maintaining or losing, but I know I want to maintain my size so I don't need anything else done.  Sorry this doesn't really help you, but I'm pretty sure my sister lost weight after her first fitting and she was fine.

My dress has cups in it already so I don't need a bra....if i wore one my girls will be really out there!  I did get something for my bottom from Target (link below) even though I might not wear it, because I think my dress will hold me in pretty well.

Oh I like that!!!  Geez - that would work just on a regular basis never mind in a wedding dress. Think I'm going to investigate that. How do you find the fit compared to the size chart? Are they pretty true, or small/big to size?

@@kcole123 Hey Kristy - I think this might do the trick for you just from what you said.

I will have to check those out. I hope they won't start to flip down at the top though. Doesn't look like they would. And hopefully not too warm because they are shorts. I am going to heck those out though cause you never know.

Better do it quick! Target announced today they're getting out of canada. Creditor protection and the stores are all closing. 17,600 people out of a job. I didn't like them here - I prefer the US, but it's too bad.

Shawn's aunt works at one in Ontario - where it is SUPER hard to find work - they found out on the news they were losing their jobs, Target never told them. Tacky!

I would also make sure that the edge/band of that set won't show under your dress.  Under my dress it would be glaring but that's the material it is :)  but otherwise it looks like a great solution.  and ps - I had one similiar from Ricki's clothing store for under my BM dress and it didn't slip whatsoever. Was quite the scene watching me get it on.

@kcole123  I didn't take a pic....I'll make sure I take one and post next time : )    I've worn another similar type to a wedding before and it didn't roll down at the top so you should be fine.

@@acw271011 did you mean the cups in my dress or the slimmers from Target?  I'm usually a size small and it fit fine, it wasn't too tight and suffocating.  My dress already came with the cups so I didn't need to special order them :)  When I ordered my dress I was between a 2 and a 4 (I'm bigger on top than I am on the bottom) so I went with a 4 and I'm glad I did!

@@kcole123 Just realized your fitting was yesterday....how'd it go?!

Hey girls. Well my fitting went great because they have to take in both sides of my dress. Music to my ears. Also they are going to sew the boob cups in there for me. So no worries about a bra. Just have to figure out about the undies. I have attached a pic. The first one is a before and the second was taken yesterday. The dress you will notice is wrinkly though which will be fixed before I take it home.

Oh Kristy. That is absolutely stunning!! What a gorgeous dress! And it looks absolutely beautiful on you!! I might have already asked this... lol but who is the designer?

Thank you very much. I actually love the dress all over again now. I had doubts off and on since that first time I tried it on but since losing weight I am happy with it. The designer is actually Alfred Angelo. The belt I bought seperate but I am going to get it sewn onto the dress. The belt really adds to the dress for sure.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
