I am making a spread sheet to keep track of the items we have so far for our OOT cups, and I am wondering how you decided to do it. I am torn as to whether or not each individual needs pepto, advil, tums, etc or if giving each family a package of each is sufficient? For the singles, or guest who are bring people we dont know (we have 2 booked so far who still do not know who they are bringing), they will obviously need their own, but for the families, did you still give each person their own package of advil, tums, etc?

I gave one to everyone. Since it was in the cups it was just easier to have adult vs kids. If I had done bags I would have went per room. We had people ask for more supplies so they were getting used even when stuff was in doubles.

Does anyone have any advice on getting Bubba Kegs to Mexico we have heard nighmare stories about customs taking them or charging you tax on them .. I have never been to mexico so i'm not sure what I'm getting myself into but spending that much money I would be crushed if they took them. Does anyone have any thoughts .. opionions and or experience on how they got a large amount about 40 bubba kegs. Shipping them is not an option for us as our hotel will not sign for them for us!

Help Please!

I think I'm going to get our tumblers from www.saveacup.com. My aunt told me about them, and they are the best price I have found for the quality, and they have lots of colors and styles to pick from. Will probably do he basic ones with a straw though.  I also love the stickers above! I didn't want to use our names either so I think those are a great idea! I hope they are really waterproof. maybe I'll see if she'll send me a sample to just test out before I order a bunch. I also think I am going to have my wedding party's tumblers more personalize, maybe with their names or something, then just use stickers for the rest of the OOT bags.

Great site! They're having a "flash sale" right now.

I'm leaning towards tall acrylic cups since most of our guests probably wouldn't appreciate the value of a bubba keg. To them it would be "just another mug".

I had no issues at customs in Mexico. I got the green light though. All the brides on here recently who have been searched had no issues. Just have all your receipts ready and your wedding info.

Our tumblers were used and people thanked us for them.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
