We are doing a pocketfold, so in the middle is the invite with regular writing and then on the right pocketfold is booking information, at home reception info, rsvp info and I am still contemplating a "wedding week rough outline" insert.

I found the idea on pinterest.  https://www.pinterest.com/pin/417427459185574030/

Another idea I saw was " With our toes in the sand and a drink in hand, we ask you to come celebrate the marriage of......."

We have some people invited to the reception at home but not mexico (extended family etc.) , so we will do a casual I DO BBQ invite for them.

I have got all of my wording down. I am still working on changing the fonts and colors though. After I get that worked out I will post pics! I have saved all my resorts and am taking pics as I go. My mother in law was looking at me like I was crazy…but I told her I needed pics for this forum!! Hehe see thats how much I like all you ladies!

I have looked all over at invitations. I finally decided to make them, and have everything I need now. I just cannot get past formatting the actually wording (colors, fonts, sizes). What should have taken me a few hours has taken me weeks!

Personally I would stick to one, but if you wanted your names in a different font then maybe use a fancy script font for those. Otherwise I would stick to the same one throughout.

I like the font of the first sentence the best, but that's me :)

Your names sound so prestige, I love it!!!!

I like the first font the best too! I just like so many fonts it is hard to narrow it down to just one. Plus the mother in law thinks more than one font would look better…haven't shown her this yet though. Just trying to get opinions. Thank you for replying!

I think it may be too mismatched with too many fonts.  Changing size and using 'bold' where needed would be a great way to change things up.    Other than using a fancy script font where needed.

But that's the joys of choice, we can do whatever we like :) heheh!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
