Need Help With My Dress - Accessories?

This is my dress. I really wanted a belt with my dress but am bit sure I can with this dress? I'm panicking because I tried it on again (still needs alterations) and I really am thinking I made a mistake buying it. It's mikaella 1704 - just not sure what I should do to it?!

 

I actually am considering putting it up for sale and buying something off the rack with only 1 month until I leave!! Help!

I think your dress is beautiful!!  And I can see why you chose it.

I don't have much experience with belts, but I searched your dress on google and there are pictures of it with sparkly belts, and I think they look great!   Maybe you could bring your dress back into the store (unless it's already there) and put it on and try some belts?   

 

You could also dress it up with your accessories.  What had you planned to wear?  If you want something to pop - maybe get a statement necklace or bracelet. 

 

I think it's beautiful, I would try the belts out first before I paid for another dress.  What did you love about it when you bought it? something made you buy it

Maybe I'm just stressing over nothing. I am going to make an appt to get it altered next week and will try it with a bunch of accessories! I wanted a headpiece and was going to stick with smaller jewellery but should just see what looks best. I'm really leaving this last minute :s

@@chelseapaige37 - it's a gorgeous dress! I would definitely try on different accessories at your alterations appointment. A sparkly belt or a statement necklace will look fabulous with it.

You can definitely wear a belt with that dress.  You're probably just stressing. Try on some accessories when you head back for your alterations. You will look beautiful.

I have to agree with all of the above! It's a gorgeous dress and I think a sparkly belt would be fabulous with it!! Would make it pop for sure. And adding something really sparkly for jewellery would add even more to it! Don't give up on the dress. Deep breath and get some store help to "sparkle" it up!!

I had my alterations appt yesterday and tried on some accessories. I'm feeling much better about everything! I definitely need a belt and can hopefully find something ASAP! Thoughts on the one I tried on? Ps - the busy was the main thing that needed alterations!

I really like that one. At least on that picture it really blends in with the dress and it looks very nice. You also have a small waist so the small belt looks very proportionate. I have yet to see an ugly belt haha so I don't think you can go wrong with either choice .

That belt TOTALLY works with the dress. It's beautiful.  I can see the 2nd one working as well.
