Tumbler / Koozie Sayings

Recommended Posts

What are you ladies putting on your tumbler stickers or printed on your koozie a / cups? I want to do more than just our names and date, so I was hoping you would all have some clever ideas!!

I used Mexico 2015 instead of our names and wedding date as I am hoping this may persuade them to use them again! If you can't see the pictures it also says ' feet in the sand, drink in my hand'

There is also 'to have and to hold and to keep your drink cold'

I just saw another one the other day that was catchy. 'Something old, something new, something from us to hold your brew'

Haha just saw one that said 'killing my liver while floating the river'

Google wedding beer koozie. Tonnes of images.

@@calgarybride2015 I've been having a tough time understanding how/when guests will use the tumbler. Do most people just take them to the bar and ask the bartender to pour the drink in the cup? Or do they just pour it in themselves. Hope this isn't an ignorant question. I like them, I'm just confused as to how my guests will use them. I like the sticker by the way. I agree with omitting monogram or names so the guest will use them again.

Yes in all inclusive resorts the cups they use at the bars are generally pretty small. I've had cups that only fit 1/2 a beer. So typically people bring Insulated mugs that the bartenders fill for them which serves 2 purposes - less trips to bar as bigger than their cups and it's insulated so stays cooler in the sun. There are bubba's, any travel mug, tumblers, stadium cups all used on here! Everyone resort I've been to has been more than willing to fill people's cups up.

@@calgarybride2015 Thank you for that info! If I was on the fence about getting a tumbler…less trips to the bar has me sold!

We have LARGE bubbas! I'll see if I have a picture. There is no way we could get these for our guests, we would need 10 suitcases, but they are awesome.

If you look at the table behind me, you can see a couple single cups, the large one behind them are empty ones stacked up. They are tiny. The ones I had last time in Mexico were a bit bigger, but not like a tumbler or bubba!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
