Decided On Centrepieces - How Did Yours Turn Out?

Recommended Posts

I just got an email with the prices for things supplied by the resort.....I am going to need to kick up my DIY because I am not paying that much for things I can do!

I have a huge amazon order for most of my oot bags, and my bridesmaid dresses are from the states as well. Hoping I don't get nailed at customs!

@@chelseapaige37 Did you find good deals on Amazon for OOT items?

Lots on amazon.com but don't ship to Canada!!! I'm not close enough to a border to make it worth shipping there and driving to pick up.

I will have to look around on there! What items were the best deals?

I'm in calgary too so by close, but close enough. Ya I mean nothing is outstanding, but on the dresses along I saved over $150. So that'll more than make up for my gas there and back. I'm ordering hawaiin tropic lip balm (around $1/piece), Motrin packs, pepto etc. emergen-c, shout wipes, tide sink packs, "lint ups", a Polaroid camera and film, shoes for my sign, bridesmaid decals. The prices of my order are always changing, but most things are a better deal, even with the exchange. I am also ordering gift bags and a few random items. It's just saving me the hassle of looking around here, paying shipping etc. it's just one very long day of driving!

I found that you just had way more selection especially if you wanted the sample sized packets. Overall amazon.com is better than amazon.ca.

How early do you have to decide on centerpieces? I was planning on using my bridesmaids and my bouquet for centerpieces but I'm not sure yet exactly how many guests are attending therefore am not sure how many tables/centerpieces I will be needing! But maybe the ceremony flowers can also be used as a centerpiece. I'm hoping we won't need more than 6 tables - which would keep me from having to purchase any centerpieces lol Costs quickly add up...
