Bachelorette Dresses!

Recommended Posts

I think I'm going to get the first and the convertible maxi that they have on there. Victoria secret has a whole bunch of dresses on sale right now but the fact you have to pay shipping and duty kind of sucks... At least lulus has 10$ straight shipping!

I saw some nice ones on bebe as well but honestly, I'm all for going on the cheap as it's going to be winter here soon and would rather buy myself some nice sweaters and what not when we get back... Ps. Do not go on Aritizia website if you're still saving for your wedding. Such nice stuff on there.... Bad mistake on my part lol. :)

Yeah, everyone is switching to their winter dresses already. I think I'm going to wait until spring to get mine, but obviously you can't do that. They have such beautiful maxi dresses! I really wish I had more chances to wear long fancy dresses haha.  I forgot about VS. I always get my bathing suits from them but I'm not sure how their clothes fit and their return policies are not as easy/friendly as lulu's

@@tygrrlily It's really nice. I'm happy I got it! I have a small chest so I'm a bit worried about the fit there but it seems to fit really well. Maybe i'll save it for something related to the wedding? Although I doubt I'd be able to hold my excitement haha and it will also give me an excuse to get a new one!

  • 1 month later...

SO I ended up buying my bachelorette dress yesterday but I have a conundrum...

I tried on a size eight which is a little loose and a size six, which is a little tight. I am between sizes right now and have about 2 weeks to go till we leave, I'm keeping up with the exercising and eating clean.

Anyway - I was going to buy the size eight and accidently ended up coming home with the six - now do I keep it? or return it for a larger size.. ughhh decisions!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
