Riu Montego Bay, Advice Please

Hi

We are booking our wedding in October for the Riu montego bay for march 2016

I was wondering if anyone has booked and paid to add extra guests on. We are looking at the package which is for 20 guests but we want to add on 6 more. The weddings team cant/wont tell us what the extra is per person unless we make a booking.

Has anyone done this and what was the extra per person.

Really hope someone can help as we really don't know what to do weather to go for this package or the package which is for 40 people.

Thanks

@@Kelly87 I booked my wedding at the Riu for 2015, we went with the free package and I believe it's about 11 or 12 per person over 10. I think it will be less in the long run, because I really don't need or want they extras that come with the other packages.

I'm doing Riu in Negril and its 13pp over the package. Even if I added 20 extra people and paid per person it was still cheaper to do the 20 person package than the 40. I didn't think the differences in the packages were worth the difference in price so I stayed with the 20 person package and we will have about 46 people.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
